1. Damaged on Delivery?

We’re truly sorry if your sari arrived damaged. Please record a continuous unpacking video while opening your package — it serves as your proof and might even earn you a reward (see point 3).
If any damage is visible in the video, we’ll arrange a free return pickup and offer a full refund or exchange — you won’t pay a thing.

2. Changed Your Mind? 

If the color or fabric isn’t quite what you expected, no worries — you can return your unused sari, and we’ll arrange the pickup for you.
Once the sari passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 24 hours (or up to 2 working days).
A small deduction for return courier charges applies — this helps us continue supporting the artisans who pour their hearts into every weave.
