All products are handpicked and may include minor irregularities that enhance their uniqueness.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, and availability without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, and we do not store your card or payment details on our servers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We dispatch all confirmed orders within 24 hours.
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days depending on your location.

7. Returns and Refunds
We take utmost care in quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@rukmineeyam.in with supporting video.
Refunds or replacements will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations are not possible as orders are processed immediately.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Rukmineeyam and protected by Indian copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of this Site without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
